Yes, I do know there were past court rulings that attenuated the Comstock Act on First Amendment grounds. However, that is called a "precedent" just like Roe was a "precedent." And we know how that went, right? All bets are off with this SCOTUS. No one should assume they won't find a clever end-run around the right to free speech.
