There were things I criticized him for, and I never had been a big fan of him policy-wise, but what determines my ultimate opinion of a president is their character and living their life according to a moral compass. They don't have to be perfect (no human being is) and they don't have to have made all the right decisions every time along the way. But they do have to be a decent human being. Anyone would be hard-pressed to name many other presidents who were the equal of Joe Biden on that score. That is a very tiny handful of leaders.
