This particularly galled me. When I heard that a judge after the fact -- our judicial system mostly gets activated and bestirs themselves after damage has been done-- ordered that these tech dudes had to destroy whatever info they collected (and likely pocketed in a flash drive or whatever).... I wondered to myself, "Okay. Great. And now who is going to confirm that they followed that order of the judge?" Hah! We have all seen how meticulous the entire Trump administration has been at following court orders, right?

Absolutely infuriating. This was the greatest cybercrime hacker attack in all of history and it was done in plain sight! Russian and Chinese cybercriminals are soooo jealous right now.
