The Texas Judge Abortion Pill Ruling is About His Personal Agenda

The Christian Dominionists (and Judge Kacsmaryk is one of them) aim to impose forced birth on the entire nation

I am updating a piece I previously wrote about this abortion pill case and this judge, now that this civil war has officially commenced with the first shot fired at Fort Sumter.

As I had noted previously, this is a war that will be fought not with muskets and cannons but with dueling lawyers speaking before dueling judges in dueling District Courts.

The abortion issue is not an issue left to the states, as the Supreme Court’s smug and self-satisfied majority so disingenuously said it would be in their Dobbs ruling. We have District Court Judge Kacsmaryk in Texas ruling to force the FDA to suspend the use of the abortion pill mifepristone all across America, and in response to this cannon shot at Fort Sumter, we have District Court Judge Thomas O. Rice in Washington State with an opposite ruling to forbid the FDA from suspending the use of the abortion pill.

Welcome to Civil War, lawyer style. It is a war fought not with muskets and cannons, but with court filings and briefcases.

Okay, bring it on.
