It is unfortunate you feel this way. And I actually do appreciate you writing this comment because few people bother to.

I cannot speak for the Democrat Party. I am not a member, never have been a member, never plan to be a member. So, I cannot defend them. Am not particularly interested in defending them as they do have many faults. They one saving grace they have is that they are not Republicans so that gets my applause.

I can only speak for myself. When I mock young men living in their mom's basement and spend their days alternating between video games and going on Incel chat sites to dicuss rape fantasies, those are the men I am mocking. When I mock any particular man, I am mocking that man for what I am mocking him for.

And when I see a man at an abortion rights march carrying a sign that says "I'm with her" with arrows pointing in all directions, I feel an almost uncontrollable urge to run up to him and hug him.

A man is the secretary and note taker at meetings of our local chapter of the National Organization for Women and I love him to death for that.

I love many men and admire many men. But I do not write much about those men because … I don’t write good news. Perhaps I should write more good news. But such are the times we are in.

I cannot solve your circumstance where you feel targeted and unheard and unseen. But I do not target you nor are you unheard or unseen to me. And I don't really think I am an exceptionally unique individual.

But as for the concerns and worries and problems of men in general not being seen or heard or considered... well, probably true.

So? I've found the answer is to speak up and not wait to be heard, not wait for an invitation. So, I am glad at least you spoke up here.
