I would like to be optimistic and hope Democrats will fight....but I'm not that optimistic. Lately, as angry as I have been at Republicans, my years...actually decades... of frustrated disappointment with Dems is reaching a peak. They have been Lucy with the football, and I'm tired of being Charlie Brown. Emblematic is this vote on the Women's Healthcare Protection Act that Chuck is gonna hold in the Senate on Wed 5/11. Chuck can take that gesture political theater, as useless as tits on a boar, BS roll call vote and stick it where the sun don't shine.

Sorry, but I'm feeling more and more raw these days.

There was an article here written here on Medium by John Egelkrout that pretty much sums it all up as far as Dems are concerned. I think he had a spot-on analysis about the D Party. And since I agree with him 100%...I'm not really sure where we go from here.
