I was looking closer at that Texas lawsuit and it looks like 2 OB/GYN physicians are joining in the suit. That is something at least.

Also, many of these laws were drafted with the deliberate intent to make doctors cower in terror and sit down and shut up, like the Texas law which not only threatens to revoke a physician's license to practice, but also threatens them with 99 years in jail. (!!!)

Number 1 tool of fascists is fear and intimidation ... because it works.
