I loved you pointing out the issues around birth control, that any man can snag some so conveniently and easily, and cheaply, but all sorts of hurdles are faced by women to access quality effective birth control.

I had read someone had suggested, quite seriously, the obvious solution to the abortion problem: Require all young men to have vasectomies. It is a reversable procedure, so when ready--financially and emotionally--to be daddy, reverse it. Otherwise, snip snip young men. Ohhhh but wait, that would a terrible intrusion of government into his body, wouldn't it? Oh nooooo, too outrageous, we couldn't have that, could we? (Sorry, I think I just broke the sarcasm meter).
