I heard a witty fellow remark that the law, though specifying the size and the font of the display, does not specify which direction it is facing... so a teacher could hang it facing the wall! LOL Would have liked to have seen that.

On a serious note, though, I do agree, I would like to see teachers being defiant and have that be the court case that decides this nonsense.
