I did read what you had to say. And you and I actually do not disagree on certain philosophical matters. I despise our political party system. Which is why I am registered as an Independent. In the long run, this false binary system artifically forced upon us will almost certainly destroy this country. It needs to be addressed, and it needs to be fixed.

And that needs to happen POST November 2024.

I'm not going to convince you to vote for Biden, and that is fine.

As a matter of fact, I will confess here that I myself once went through a very powerful phase of "a pox on both their houses" and thus in 2016 I left the presidential field blank on my ballot because I despised both candidates. I was hardly alone in doing that.

Needless to say, I came to regret that immensely.

I do hope you don't regret your decision, though I certainly respect your right to make that decision as you see fit.

I would also add, so that this is clear, my diatribe in this little composition was not addressed to voters, but addressed to pundits and the media environment that keeps falling on its face far worse than Biden ever has. So, no insults intended to you personally… unless you work in the news media… LOL ;-)
