Fair enough, and I agree.

A 1% swing in the vote in three swing states and it would have been Pres Harris. Would she have aggressively pursued policies for trans folk? Or would she have only nibbled around the edges with small offerings? Hard to say and a Republican Congress would have blocked her regardless.

Anyway, I may be naive (entirely possible), I may be stupid (equally possible), I may be about to get my head bashed (I don't care) but I do think there is value in trying to change hearts and minds in the broader populace beyond the Democrats. I'm gonna contemplate how to possibly pursue that. If that is going to be just me hitting my head again and again against a brick wall... so be it. I've got a thick skull.

I have been and will continue to be an ally of the trans world. But I have no obligation to agree with all of their tactics. Also, if I see a friend running headlong towards a cliff, I'll shout at them to stop, cuz that is what friends do.
