Excellent points you make. Anecdotally, I would mention that wanting access to MSNBC (obviously left leaning) I had to pay my cable company extra for an upgrade to a larger channel bundle. Why? Becase their basic cable package does not have MSNBC ... but DOES HAVE Fox News. When conservatives cry and whine about being under attack in the media and being censored and being locked out of media, they are crying crocodile tears.
