effeminate boys and insufficiently feminine girls? S--t, if they had that when I was going to school, I would have been reported every damn day. I was very "insufficiently feminine." Of course that was no news to my parents...so the point of "reporting" this is what exactly? To make sure parents actually NOTICE their own kids??!!
