As with all defendants in a court of law, he is innocent until proven guilty. A jury will decide. My only response to your assertions as to the case being baseless and frivolous is this: Why does former Atty Gen Bill Barr state "Trump is toast" if the case is so completely groundless? Unless you are making the additional assertion that Barr is completely ignorant of legal matters ? Which would be a rather extraordinary assertion, though you are of course free to make such an assertion if you choose.
By the way, though I'm sure there will be a motion to dismiss, the case will not be thrown out. That is a statement of fact.
Could it be that Trump will not be convicted at trial? Certainly, as it only takes one member of the jury to hang it. But a dismissal? Nope. Not even Judge Cannon would do that, as she would know better.
